Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the influence of the work environment, transformational leadership, and work life balance on the performance of employees of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. While the formulation of the problem in this study is whether the work environment, transformational leadership, and work life balance have a significant effect on performance. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that the work environment, transformational leadership, and work life balance have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo with a total of 2200 people. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 170 respondents. This research is a survey research using primary data through filling out questionnaires distributed using google form. Analysis of the data in this study using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of the analysis in this study show that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H1), the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H2), transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H3), and work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia (H4). This means that all proposed hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, and H4) have been proven.
