Abstract
Industrial work practice management which includes planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation carried out at SMK NEGERI 1 Jogonalan, especially for Institutional Accounting and Finance expertise programs, which later in carrying out industrial work practices can run optimally, optimally and effectively. The objectives of this study are 1) How to prepare industrial work practices for accounting and finance expertise at SMK NEGERI 1 Jogonalan. 2). How to organize the work practices of the accounting and finance expertise industry at SMK NEGERI 1 Jogonalan. 3). How is the implementation of industrial work practices in the Accounting and Finance expertise of the SMK NEGERI 1 Jogonalan Institute. 4). How to evaluate the implementation of industrial work practices in Accounting and Finance expertise at SMK NEGERI 1 Jogonalan Institute. The type of research used is qualitative research. The research was carried out at SMKN 1 Jogonalan Klaten for the 2021/2022 academic year. The data includes students, educators and education staff. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on industrial work practice management include planning industrial work practices, synchronizing curriculum, making DUDI maps, organizing PPKI, and implementing industrial work practices. Conclusions from this research; First, in planning the Prakerin program in schools, in general, it is quite good, seen from the various stages before the Prakerin implementation is carried out in detail. Second, in organizing the working group, PSG is a coordination carried out by the Prakerin Kaur and the Public Relations WK that has been carried out well. Third, the Prakerin program was implemented well. One of the monitoring activities is used as a benchmark or criterion for the success of Prakerin activities. Fourth, in evaluating the Prakerin program in schools, it can be seen from the score given by DU/DI, whether the score has reached the KKM that has been set or not).
