Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of store atmosphere on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, (2) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, (3) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all consumers of the Cold N 'Brew coffee shop which was the research site of the researcher. Sampling using the purposive sampling method, namely the consumer at least three visits with the number of respondent as many as 138 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). From this study it can be concluded that (1) Store atmosphere has a negative effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, (2) Service quality has a negative effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, (3) Product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.
