Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the speed of career promotion and incentive programs on the turnover intention og the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Boyolali Regency. This research is a quantitative research using a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using q questionnaire. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of the analysis show that the speed of promotion has a negative and significant effect on the desire to turnover intention and the incentive effect on the desire to turnover intention.
