Abstract

The position of service provider institutions, experts, and the community is urgently needed to provide protection to women. If all fields can run well, then cases of Domestic Violence can be handled properly. The effect that is felt when women are protected and prosperous is the quality of raising children and resilience in the family. Victims of Domestic Violence need a means to obtain justice. In this case, Non-Governmental Organizations as non-governmental institutions have the aim of providing protection for women to obtain rights and justice. The main role of Non-Governmental Organizations is to help victims by providing advocacy as legal aid in the investigation process.
