Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation process, effectiveness, constraints, and alternative socialization solutions using video media with a video critic strategy regarding the values of social care for youth youth in Krapyak Hamlet, Sidoharjo Village, Sidoharjo District, Wonogiri Regency. The subjects of this study were youth youth organizations in Krapyak Hamlet, Sidoharjo Village, Sidoharjo District, Wonogiri Regency, totaling 20 respondents. This study uses a quantitative experimental method of the pre-experimental type with the One Group Pretest Posttest design. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The validity of the data used a questionnaire item validity test with the Correlation Product Moment formula. Crude numbers and test the reliability of the questionnaire with the Alpha formula. The prerequisite test in this study is normality, homogeneity test, while the hypothesis test uses T-Test. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the understanding of the values of social care in youth youth groups, this is evidenced by the average pretest score of 50 to 52 at the posttest. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a difference in understanding the values of social care among youth youth groups between before (Pretest) and after being given treatment (Posstest) using video media with video critic strategies for youth. youth organization. Constraints faced in this study were limited time and lack of control over participants. The solution to this problem is to hold socialization at night and often reprimand participants who don't pay attention
