Abstract
Tukul Reservoir is one of the reservoirs located in the province of East Java which has a function as a field area irrigation, one of Pacitan’s tourism destinations, as well as controlling floods. The important function of the Tukul Reservoir is that the safety of Reservoir must be designed safely. This research reservoir tries to analyze the flood routing with a 1000 year return period. In this research, the flood routing of Tukul Reservoir first analyze the rain data and then carried out the tracing using the Newton Rapshon, Puls Grapichal methods and flood modeling without dams using the HEC RAS application version 5.0.3. From the analysis, it was found that the Tukul reservoir was safe against design flooding with a flood attenuation percentage in the Newton Rapshon method of 35,13% , in flood attenuation in the Godrich’s method of 47,48% and in flood modelling method without dam of 3,99% . The Newton Rapshon method show the maximum reservoir water surface elevation + 4,06 m, according to the Godrich’s method show the maximum reservoir water surface elevation + 3,67 m, and the flood modeling method without a dam shows the maximum flood water surface downstream of the dam + 5,36.
