Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, convenience and service quality on online product purchase decisions at Tokopedia at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The population and sample in this study were students who had purchased products online at Tokopedia as many as 100 respondents. The data source uses a questionnaire and is processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) analysis tool with SPSS 26 software. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the trust variable has no effect on purchasing decisions while the convenience and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on decision making. purchase.
