Abstract
The current COVID-19 pandemic has quite an impact on the education system in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the change in the implementation of learning which used to be done face-to-face in schools, now requires learning to be carried out remotely or online, including the implementation of learning evaluations. Evaluation activities become one of the important things in the learning process, because with this evaluation a teacher can find out the success or failure of a learning process. In addition, teachers are able to see the extent to which a lesson has been achieved by students, and can find out the shortcomings or advantages during carrying out learning activities, including in Islamic Religious Education subjects. Islamic religious education is a necessity in social life, because it contains teachings that are beneficial for students to have a strong religious spirituality. This study aims to describe the implementation of the evaluation of distance learning and identify the obstacles faced in the implementation of the evaluation of distance learning on the subject of Islamic Religious Education class VII at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative methods, while the data collection techniques are interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of distance learning begins with planning activities such as making annual programs, semester programs, lesson plans, and syllabus. Then the evaluation is carried out using the PJJ application created by the school and the google form. In the processing and interpretation of data for the cognitive domain, it has been carried out in accordance with the scoring guidelines, for the affective and psychomotor domains, it is only guided by the attendance and discipline of task collection. And for reporting learning outcomes, it is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. The obstacles experienced during distance learning are, there are several teachers who are less reliable in operating the PJJ application, inadequate facilities and infrastructure from students, and internet network problems.
