Abstract
Cempaka Medika Clinic is an institution in the health sector with special obstetric practices. Medical records are a must in hospitals and clinics that aim to be a history of patient examinations, in this case the Cempaka Medika clinic still uses the manual method or writes patient data directly in the history book. This method is less effective in its implementation because it takes time and there may be errors, so that the performance of receptionists and doctors is less effective. This study aims to develop a web-based medical record information system at the Cempaka Medika clinic. The development of this system uses the waterfall method which is structured from several stages, namely, system design, programming code, testing program results and program implementation. The development of this system produces a good and accurate information system, so that it can make it easier to enter patient data and make it easier to make reports.
