Abstract
This study aims to describe human resource management, financial management, production management, and marketing management in the tea business in Kemuning, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic design. Interviews, observation, and documentation were the data collection methods used in this study. The validity of the data in this study was tested using source triangulation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the management of human resources by providing criteria in the recruitment of new employees affects the status of employees at work. Financial management is used in a simple form with proof of book notes on each sale, so you can see how much profit you get. Production management is where entrepreneurs get raw materials from factory supplies and other local farmers who are processed using sophisticated machines and strict supervision to produce quality products. Under the marketing management here, entrepreneurs have tea products with good quality, taste, and unique characteristics. In order for business management to be better, entrepreneurs must understand the science of financial management, human resources, production, and marketing.
