Abstract

This research examines the impact of changing the one-way route on Jl.Bali, Klaten Tengah District, Klaten Regency, on existing trading activities. The perceived impact of changing the one-way lane on Jl. Bali for street vendors and buyers regarding income and accessibility. (1) This study aims to: To examine the impact felt after the implementation of the one-way lane (One Way Street) on street vendors along Jl. Bali, Central Klaten District, Klaten Regency. (2) Analyzing the accessibility of buyers/customers to the location of traders on Jalan Bali, Central Klaten District, Klaten Regency. The sampling method used total sampling where the number of traders on Jl. Bali, Central Klaten Subdistrict, Klaten Regency, which I researched a little and used accidental sampling for five buyers each. Sources of data obtained from direct interviews with street vendors and buyers as primary data using a questionnaire, and from BPS Kabupaen Klaten as secondary data. The survey results prove that after the implementation of one way (One Way Street) as many as 84.38% of sellers lose customers to buy their goods, so that traders are deserted from visitors or buyers, this affects their income. As many as 43.75% of sellers and 66.25% of buyers consider the implementation of this one-way route to be a negative thing because it greatly disrupts activities that are usually carried out every day.
