Abstract
Murabahah financing is an activity of buying and selling goods by stating the amount of the acquisition price and the profit price that has been agreed upon by both parties, namely the seller and the buyer. In every financing will be faced with a problem. During this COVID-19 pandemic, public interest in financing decreased for fear of not being able to pay off the murabahah financing. This study discusses the causes of problematic financing that occurred in KSPPS BIM Selokaton and how to prevent the occurrence of non-performing financing in murabahah contracts. The researcher uses an empirical type of research and this research requires the author to conduct field research in order to obtain primary data. The research results obtained by the author of problematic financing occur due to internal factors and external factors such as weak human resources (Human Resources) and the number of bankrupt entrepreneurs and employees who have been laid off due to being affected by COVID-19. With strategies such as rescheduling, reconditioning and restructuring as well as providing various trainings for KSPPS BIM Selokaton employees, problem financing can be resolved properly. Lack of human resources and rising of entrepreneurs bankruptcies that affected many employee sent home during COVID-19 pandemic.
