Abstract

Fertilization and pest control have an important role in agriculture. Farmers generally fertilize using a carrying sprayer that is pumped manually or electrically. This of course will be more draining due to the heavy burden that must be carried and the age of the farmers who are no longer young. The carrying sprayer is also used to spray pesticides on plants. If farmers do not use personal protective equipment, pesticides can actually endanger the health of farmers. Because exposure to pesticides is very risky for human health. From this problem, an automatic fertilizer sprayer equipped with a solar cell powered light trap was created. This tool can spray fertilizer automatically as well as to eradicate pests. This tool works by using a timer and using the battery as its power. This tool can be placed far from a power source because it uses a solar cell as a power plant. Fertilizer spraying can be arranged at least once a week. In pest traps using a light trap system which uses a light source as bait and water treated with pesticides as a trap. This tool is certainly more effective because farmers do not need to spray fertilizer manually. This tool is also more environmentally friendly because it uses light traps to trap pests so it doesn't require too much pesticide.
