Abstract

Aid is an item that is used to help. Various assistance was channeled by the government to help the community during the covid-19 pandemic. This variety of assistance is expected to ease the burden on people whose economies are affected by the covid-19 pandemic. These various aids are not supported by good management in every village. The village is a place of community service. Banjardowo Village is one of the 14 villages in the Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. In managing aid in Banjardowo Village, it is still carried out by manual recording so that sometimes errors occur in inputting data which cause data to be inaccurate. Therefore we need an information system capable of managing data effectively and efficiently. This study aims to provide convenience to officers in managing aid in Banjardowo Village. Data collection was carried out by quantitative methods through observation, interviews, and literature study. This system was developed using a browser made with the programming language used, namely Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and a database, namely MySQL. Testing this system using Black-Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). With this system can assist the aid management process in Banjardowo Village.
