Conclusion: There was no correlation between exclusive breastfeeding status and the nutritional status of toddlers, and there was a correlation between completeness of basic immunization and nutritional status of toddlers. Suggestions for health center to provide support to mothers of toddlers to provide exclusive breastfeeding and complete basic immunizations to prevent malnutrition in toddlers.
