Abstract
The development of information systems in the industrial era 4.0 and with the pandemic that still exists in Indonesia requires several organizations to have information systems in providing information to the public. International Student Organization (ISO) Pesma KH. Mas Mansur UMS is an organization under the auspices of Pesma KH Mas Mansur UMS. ISO currently does not have an information system. For this reason, ISO requires a management information system with the waterfall method using PHP and MySQL integrated with PHPMyAdmin with XAMPP as a web server and Laravel as a framework. From the test results on 35 respondents, the average score on the System Usability Scale is 74, which states that this information system can be used without any problems.
