Abstract

In the city of Purbalingga, there are many local muffler craftsmen, and currently there are a lot of muffler sales on the market, including most of the manufacture of mufflers from Purbalingga, there are many who already understand the protection of brand rights but some are still not aware of the law. There are many kinds of mufflers and their brands, of course, muffler craftsmen need to know what brand rights are, so that local exhaust production activities in the city of Puralingga, Central Java continue to run and comply with applicable law. but there are still many who are not aware of the importance of brand protection. The results behind the research found the reason behind not registering it is because they are lazy about the process and do not know the procedure, for that it is important to make producers aware of the urgency of legal protection of trademark rights. So that they can carry out their production activities safely and smoothly without fear of being imitated by other manufacturers
