Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the Regional Income, the General Allocation Fund, the Special Allocation Fund, and the Revenue Sharing Fund on the Human Development Index. The population this study are government district/city in the province of Central Java in 2016-2018. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method and obtained 35 districts/cities, with observations for 3 years from 2016 to 2018. The sample in this study consisted of 105 samples. This study uses multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool. The method chosen is descriptive statistics and Classical Assumption Test using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the regional income and general allocation funds affect the Human Development Index. However, the Special Allocation Fund and the Profit Sharing Fund have no effect on the Human.
