Abstract

Management is planning, organizing, directing and controlling organizational resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Cadreization or cadre is a process of preparing the next generation of organizations in the future by equipping them with knowledge and skills about leadership and management as well as knowledge and insight. Dai is a person who carries out da'wah both orally and in writing, the priest referred to in this study is the imam of the fardhu prayer. This study is to describe the management of the cadre of dai and imam of the mosque in Ma'had Aly Makkah Boyolali in 2017/2018 and the advantages and disadvantages of the cadre. This research is included in qualitative research by describing the data collected as the scope of research and the field as a place of research (field research). Data collection techniques in the form of interviews validated by observation, and documentation. The management process that applies at ma'had 'aly Makkah from planning, organizing, mobilizing and evaluating has been well prepared, in the management process there are definitely advantages and disadvantages. The shortcomings in ma'had 'aly Makkah are in the lack of skilled resources in management, so that the management that has been running is left to run and lacks monitoring, especially the leadership of ma'had 'aly Makkah. The advantages contained in ma'had 'aly Makkah, cadres who are mentally ready to enter the community and become qualified dai and imam of the mosque.
