Abstract
The delivery of material that still uses conventional methods and is also monotonous (always the same) at SDN 212 Tukum II is one of the reasons for making this game. Therefore, researchers combine 2D game-based learning with the HOTS approach so that learning is not limited by space and time can be realized. Based on these problems, the researchers developed an android-based game using the construct 2 application on computer subjects with computer hardware material. The development model used by researchers to improve the quality of their products is to use a 4D development model, namely: define (analysis of teaching materials, curriculum and users), design (product design), develop (assessment and improvement), and disseminate (trial). The subjects of this experiment were fifth grade students of SD N 212 Tukum II. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaires and student tests. The data analysis technique was obtained by calculating the percentage of eligibility from the results of the questionnaire and the results of the assessment from experts and students indicating that the mobile application is feasible to use in learning.
