Abstract
Researchers are interested in studying the application of parental communication to early childhood during learning from home at ‘Aisyiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas Kindergarten . The aims of this study were: (1) to analyze the extent to which parents from TK ‘Aisyiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas know or understand about communication with early childhood. (2) to analyze from which perspective parents have difficulty in assisting children in learning from home during the pandemic. (3) analyzing changes in children's discipline attitudes since learning from home. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data was collected through interviews and documentation. Interviews were used to collect data on the application of communication in ‘Aisyiyah Sinar Fajar Kindergarten, while documentation was in the form of data files supporting the authenticity of the interviews. The results showed: (1) 6 out of 8 resource persons said they still had difficulties in adapting to accompanying children learning from home (2) Character learning was not effective when carried out independently from home, so it could affect children's attitudes in daily activities. (3) The majority of parents in ‘Aisyiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas Kindergarten , still do not have a good communication view of AUD. The results of this study can be concluded that the majority of parents in ‘Aisyiyah Sinar Fajar Kindergarten still have difficulty in assisting children's learning, and have not been able to build good communication with children so that children experience slight changes in attitude during learning from home.
