Abstract
Nutritionals problem can occur in adolescents is obesity and 29,3% of girls experienced it. This can be caused dietary changes so it can be increased body fat intake. One of the factors that influence the adecuacy of fat intake is perception body image. This study was an observational study using Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with 80 people of sample. Body image perception obtained from the results of the MBSRQ-AS questionnaire and the adequacy of fat intake obtained from using the Estimated Food Record method for 3x24 hours. The analysis in this study used the Spearman Rank statistical test. Nutritional students who have negative body image perception is (47,5%) and nutritional students who have negative body image perception with less intake of fat is (63,2%) while category of positive body image perception with less intake of fat is (61,9%). The result of this study isn’t shows significant relationship between body image perception and fat intake (p=0,954), so in nutritional student with negative body image perception needed nutrition education about proper body image perception
