Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management of Bondo Beach attractions and community concern in the management of Bondo Beach, Bangsri District, Jepara Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object in this study is the management and attraction of Bondo beach attractions, while for the subject of this research is the community, managers and visitors of Bondo beach attractions. The data collection techniques used in this study are techniques of observation, interview and documentation with data analysis using data triangulation. The results of this study showed that the management of Bondo Beach was managed by the local Village Government through the tourist conscious group (Pokdarwis). The formation of Pokdarwis became a bridge between the people around bondo village to manage and develop Bondo Beach tourism. The caring efforts made by the bondo village community are intended in developing Bondo Beach. This can be seen from facilities that used to not exist and now exist such as cafes, restaurants, photo spots and others. The concern of the surrounding village community in the management of Bondo Beach attractions has an impact on improving the quality of services and infrastructure facilities in bondo beach attractions.
