Abstract
This study aims to determine the determinants of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility towards job of case study companies in manufacturing companies that registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. The independent variables in this study are the measurement of the board of commissioners, the independent board of commissioners, the independent audit committee, the frequency of audit committee meetings, and corporate social responsibility. The dependent variable in this study is the company's job as proxied by Tobin's Q. The data source used secondary data taken from www.idx.co.id or the company's official website. The type of this study is a quantitative study with a purposive sampling method of 160 samples. This study is using multiple linear regression and used IBM SPSS 23 for software. The result of this study indicated that the measurement of the board of commissioners, independent audit committee, audit committee meeting frequency, and corporate social responsibility is not a determinant of the company's job and the independent board of commissioners is a determinant of the company's job.
