Abstract

The implementation of contract agreement in PT Probo Cipta Artha Surakarta contains contracts uncertain working hours between Nanda Dharendra as director of PT Probo Cipta artha surakarta with luh ayu perwita kusuma as worker which usually explains about labor social guarantee proposed by pt probo coota artha surakarta. The method used by writer is normative juridical method by examining materials or secondary data towards social guarantee proposed by pr probo cipta arta surakarta towards its labor and social guarantee applied by pt probo cipta artha surakarta towards its labor under labor law perspective. The result of this research showed that social guarantee applied by pt probo cipta artha surakarta towards its labor under labor law perspective has not completely applied the social guarantee based on Pasal 82 Undang-Undang No 11 Tahun 2020 about Cipta Kerja containing Undang-Undang No 40 Tahun 2004 about National Social Guarantee System.
