Abstract

This research is conducted to examine: (1) the direct effect of organizational justice on the employees performance; (2) the direct effect of organizational commitment on the employees performance; (3) the direct effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees performance; (4) the indirect effect of Organizational Justice on employees performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); and (5) the indirect effect of Organizational Commitment on employees performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The populations in this research is all employees in PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Surakarta, amounting to 136 people. While the number of samples taken using the non-probability sampling technique, which is total sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 136 samples. This research use questionnaire in gathering the data, followed by the Structural Equation Modelling to test the hypothesis by Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research showed that (1) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, (4) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employees performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employees performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
