Abstract
This study aims to describe the strategy of developing Larasati Garden fruit garden tourism object in Tengklik Polokarto, the existing development inhibiting factors and the solutions made to control these inhibiting factors by the tourism object manager. Qualitative descriptive into the form of the method used in this with interview and documentation data collection techniques and then analyzed using data condensation techniques which are then presented and concluded. The results obtained are that the larasati garden guava crystal garden tourism object in tengklik polokarto has met the strategic aspects of tourism development such as the regular addition of facilities and infrastructure for visitors, the application of good health protocols, easy access and the fulfillment of short-term, long-term tourism development strategies. medium and long term. Then regarding the existing obstacles, the manager has used various strategies as solutions to existing problems, one of which is when there is a decrease in visitors due to the pandemic, the manager does marketing via online by utilizing social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp.
