Abstract

As a widely known model for managing supply chain management, the use of the SCOR model in research has been widely published. Although a lot of literature has been published, there is no literature that discusses in detail the extent of the implementation of the SCOR model in the type of industry, the level of effectiveness, modification or combination of methods, as well as weaknesses and strengths. Based on this, this paper aims to identify the implementation of the SCOR model into four mapping aspects. The mapping was done using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted on 28 journals that implemented the SCOR model. The results reveal that the implementation of the SCOR model has been carried out in various types of industries, the level of effectiveness, especially SCOR performance has not been fully utilized, as many as 25 methods have been combined with the SCOR model, the advantages of the SCOR model have a tendency to function to determine business conditions/processes, improve (improvement), adapting, and comparing (benchmarking), 11 deficiencies were found in the SCOR model. The research results are used to provide input for further research.
