Abstract
This study aims to describe: 1) School financial management strategies in the implementation quality of education, 2) sources of school financial funds, 3) school financial accountability. This study uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic type. Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation, documentation. The analysis technique uses analysis. The research findings show that: 1) the school's financial planning strategy in improving the quality of education in schools is to hold meetings at the beginning of the school year to formulate programs and determine budgets for the implementation of deliberations in order to revise and evaluate and provide solutions or inputs, from the agreed plan, it is stated through RAPBS, 2) Sources of funds and management of school financial funds include funds from BOS, school committees, Alka ZIS, Al-Kautsar Co-operation, Regional Government, non-permanent donors, student savings and exam money schools, as well as alumni assistance. School financial management refers to the RAPBS, financial reporting, financial supervision and financial accountability, 3) school financial accountability through daily cash books and financial control books and monthly, quarterly and year-end meetings. Based on the results of the research, further research is expected to be more creative and innovative in developing research that focuses on the entrepreneurial aspect of schools, namely School-Owned Enterprises (BUMS) which are an important and unique source of funding for school.
