Abstract
Service quality is influenced by 5 dimensions, namely tangiable (physical evidence), responsiveness (responsiveness), reliability (reliability), empathy (empathy), assurance (guarantee). Patient characteristics are influenced by age, gender, occupation, education level, distance. Several studies found that there were inconsistencies in the results with other studies and theories, namely on the variables of responsiveness, assurance, empathy, gender, education and work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and patient characteristics with outpatient satisfaction at the Puskesmas. The type of research is literature review. This review stage includes problem identification, literature search, processing and presentation. The results of this study are responsiveness, assurance, empathy, gender, education level and occupation after being analyzed, the results show that the p value is > 0.005. The conclusion from this study is that responsiveness, assurance, empathy, gender, education level and occupation have no relationship with outpatient satisfaction at the Puskesmas.
