Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the relationship and the significance of internal and external driving factors that affect the implementation Green supply chain management, analyzing the implementation of Green supply chain management of the influence of the relationship and the significance of the environmental impact or environmental performance. This study describes the relationship between variable, namely the variable that is the driving factor in the application of Green supply chain management, namely strategic orientation, external factors in the form of government regulations, and consequence factors of implementing Green supply chain management, namely environmental performance. This research was conducted on medium business sector in the food and soft drink sector in the Salatiga City area. This study uses a purposive sampling method through a questionnaire that given to respondents using a Likert scale. Data analysis method in this study using SEM-based variance analysis known as Partial Least Square (PLS) is a component-oriented tool based predictive model and uses an algorithm that allows get the best prediction on each latent variable. The results showed that the strategic orientation factor and external factors had a positive and significant effect on GSCM, the GSCM factor had a positive and significant effect on environmental performance, the strategic orientation factor and external factors had a positive and significant effect on environmental performance through GSCM, the strategic orientation factor had no positive effect and significant effect on environmental performance directly, external factors have a positive and significant effect on environmental performance directly
