Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI) is one of the state-owned banks in Indonesia, the BRI banking service manager involves by Cross Division Team in one BRI Consumer Directorate. Management of an ecosystem at BRI is differentiated according to the type of User, Ecosystem, Institution (Object of Ecosystem), Product, Challenges, Proposals, and BRI Product Achievements Score. The monitoring process is not dynamic well as real-time and data management activities are still carried out using only Microsoft excel, and the dashboard of data management results represented in Microsoft PowerPoint, this is a problem in the management process and monitoring data, another than the data entered without any detailed evidence. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based consumer directorate ecosystem dashboard monitoring system, in developing a web-based consumer directorate ecosystem dashboard monitoring system first using a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Method, the next method used is the Agile Development Model. The result of this research is the website that helps the product monitoring process in the institute in an ecosystem, this system is able to represent Potential, Existing, GAP, Annual Targets, Acquisitions, The Last Acquisitions Dates, Achievement, Achievement (%), Monthly Targets, and Monthly Targets (%), of each Product contained at the Agency (Ecosystem Object) that has been belonging in the Ecosystem that has been adjusted. For testing, this system uses black-box testing and User acceptance test (UAT), the result of the system test has been doing got reaching up to 92%, can conclude system be able to accept and approved for use by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
