Abstract
This study aims to describe the process of human values, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and how to overcome obstacles to the application of human values at Daarul Arqom Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research with ethnographic design. The subjects of this research are 4 educators, 3 students from Daarul Arqom Islamic boarding school. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The research uses data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study shows the results: (1) the process of human values instilled in Daarul Arqom Islamic Boarding School, namely religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity and responsibility. (2) the supporting factor is the existence of educators who have broad knowledge and are able to provide quality education, while the inhibiting factor is the number of students who still complain in the provision of learning, students cannot read and write the Qur'an and students are still less disciplined in the boarding school environment Daarul Arqom. (3) how to overcome obstacles by familiarizing and motivating students, providing guidance and positive examples in all activities in the Daarul Arqom Islamic boarding school environment.
