Abstract

Government of President Ir. In this second period, Jokowi upholds the vision and mission regarding the growth of Human Resources and the Economy, this is shown by his seriousness several times in cabinet meetings to campaign for investment in industrial matters. In June 2020 President Ir. Jokowi directly inspected one of the places where an Integrated Industrial Estate will be built which will serve as a pilot as a form of leading industrial area in Indonesia and Batang Regency, Central Java Province as the location for the construction of an Integrated Industrial Estate. With the construction of the Batang Regency industrial area, it will become the center of business turnover in the future where investors will stop or stay for business needs, this is a special highlight for Batang Regency that has not yet had a place to stay or a qualified hotel, because there are few star hotels in Batang Regency. By looking at the conditions and opportunities that exist, the construction of a Business Hotel to accommodate business activities in Batang Regency is very necessary and a sustainable approach will be applied to the design of this Business Hotel, seeing that the pollution conditions in Batang City are still relatively high due to the existing industry.
