The data collection tool used the Self-Efficacy scale (36 items; = 0.904), Organizational Commitment scale (15 items; = 0.481), Employee Engagement scale (38 items; = 0.853). Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that 1) there is a very significant relationship between Self-Efficacy and Organizational Commitment with Employee Engagement (R = 0,772 and p = 0,000). 2) there is a significant positive relationship between Self-Efficacy and Employee Engagement (r = 0.750 and p = 0.000). 3) there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Commitment and Employee Engagement (r = 0.391 and p = 0.001). The empirical mean (RE) of the Self-Efficacy variable is high, the Organizational Commitment variable is moderate, and the Employee Engagement variable is high. The effective contribution of the two variables is seen from the coefficient of determination R² = 0.595 which shows that the variables of self-efficacy and organizational commitment affect employee engagement variables by 59.5% and by 40.5% influenced by other variables.
