Abstract
Crackers are one of the products favored by the public to increase their appetite. For fans, the presentation of the cracker category is adjusted to the category of the food menu that is eaten. This study aims to develop the MSME Krupuk Bu Asih located in the village of Dungkancil, Giritontro, Wonoiri by using the SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Based on the results of BMC Customer Segments Processing and SWOT Analysis, Strategy (1) Based on Customer Segments is obtained, namely female gender, age > 50 years, other occupations and income of IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 3,000,000. Based on the value proposition, the reason for buying it was because the taste of the onion crackers was savory and delicious compared to other crackers, wrapping the onion crackers in plastic clips, getting information about the crackers from the family and the price of the onion crackers Rp. 20,000 - Rp. 22,000. (2) Based on the results of the questionnaire shown to the customer Krupuk Bawang Bu Asih and from the results of interviews and observations after data processing using BMC and SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that Customer Segments in the peeking industry based on place are shop shops, souvenirs, vegetable traders around. Customer Segments based on gender are women with age > 50 years, other occupations and income of IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 3,000,000. Based on data processing using BMC and SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the Value Proposition of Krupuk Bawang Bu Asih is to use branded packaging, have personal transportation, and as souvenirs (3) Use a more efficient cutting knife so that the energy used does not consume labor and can speed up the production process. (4) Adding employees so that the results of the production of crackers are more and can meet consumer demand. (5) Increase production when the price of raw materials is cheap and the weather is sunny. (6) Making crackers that are ready to be consumed in order to gain more profits and penetrate the market share for crackers products that are ready to be consumed
