Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of Pule Sejahtera convection handicrafts as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the operations of Pule Sejahtera Convection. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study research design. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation, and field observations at Pule Sejahtera convection. Informants from this study include business owners and employees. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The management of Pule Sejahtera convection handicrafts is carried out by managing various fields including production, human resources, finance and marketing; 2) In the operational process of Pule Sejahtera convection, supporting factors include transportation in the form of supporting expedition trucks, good communication between superiors and subordinates, and marketing. While the inhibiting factor is the delay in the delivery of raw materials. The recommendation of this research is that the constraints on delays in delivery can be overcome by developing technical strategies such as collecting data or stock of raw materials, the company/convection should have discussions with suppliers so that delays in raw materials do not occur, adding permanent partners to provide raw materials
