Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the market capitalization of Sharia shares on the Sharia Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Indonesia in 2000- 2019. The data used are secondary data obtained from the publication of the official websites of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Linear Regression) with the ECM (Error Correction Model) method. The results of this study indicate that in the short term, only the independent variable Exchange Rate has a significant influence on the Islamic Stock Market Capitalization. While the variables of the Money Supply (JUB), inflation and economic growth (GDP) do not have a significant effect on the Islamic Stock Market Capitalization in Indonesia. In the long term, the variables of the Money Supply (JUB) and Inflation have a positive influence on the Islamic Stock Market Capitalization, while the exchange rate and economic growth (GDP) have a negative effect on the Islamic Stock Market Capitalization in Indonesia.
