The type of data used in this study is panel data. The data used is from 2018-2020 and consists of 5 sub-districts in the city of Surakarta. Selection of the best model using Chow Test and Langrange Multiplier Test and got the result that the best model is Random Effect Model. Based on the t-test, the variable number of population and the number of health facilities have a significant effect, then the variable number of educational facilities, and the dependency ratio have no significant effect on poverty in Surakarta City. Based on the f test, the results show that together the variables of population, number of educational facilities, number of health facilities, and dependency ratio have an effect on poverty in Surakarta City. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test that the R-squared value is 0.760163 or 76.01% which means that the variation of the poverty variable can be explained by the variables of population, number of educational facilities, number of health facilities, and dependency ratio. While the remaining 23.99%, influenced by variations in independent variables outside the model under study.
