Abstract
As the population increases, important documents or data from an area will increase. Likewise with population data at the Mlakomanis Village Office, important documents in the form of correspondence have problems in storage, such as a mail data storage and problems when looking for the required letters. With this problem, the researcher came up with an idea to create an information system for filing incoming and outgoing letters in the village. The system is made using the PHP programming language, codeigniter 4 framework and uses the Waterfall method. Written Testing using Blackbox Testing and getting a valid value and the SUS method obtained an average SUS of 89,687, which means the system is acceptable and useful for Mlokomanis Village in the process of filing letters and making outgoing letters from the agency.
