Abstract

At first the presence of a smartphone is a luxury item that provides services more than just ordinary communication, but smartphones are now one of the basic needs where the majority of Indonesians use 1 or 2 smartphones. This fact makes vendors compete to offer smartphones with various features, advantages and prices that attract buyers. Information about smartphones, can be found easily. However, finding smartphone products at prices that suit potential buyers is the exact opposite, even more so in online stores where many traders sell their wares with a thin price difference. Seeing this problem, this study proposes a solution, namely creating a system that is able to support user decisions by comparing various smartphone products in online stores and filtering them into ten products with the best prices. The system will be built using the SDLC method with a waterfall approach and will be given the name 'Golekne!' which means swatch in Javanese. Utilizing Django as a website framework as well as the interface of the system, while Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic as data selection logic and to speed up data processing, Celery's task queue will be applied. The result is a system that is able to find smartphone products in online stores quite well, with the results of Black Box testing showing the system is working well and the System Usability Scale (SUS) gives an average value of 76.36 proving that the system has been successfully accepted by users.
