Abstract
The purpose of this research to describe the management of a chicken farm business in Tedunan during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the owner of the farm, two employees of the farm and one employee of the partnership company. The object of the research is the management of the Asnawi chicken farm business. The validity of the data using source triangulation. The stages of data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of the nursery stage carried out the preparation of the cage, the entry of chicken seeds was carried out by the selection of chicken seeds which was carried out by the owner himself. The step of raising chickens pays attention to the process of raising chickens. Supervision is carried out by the owner of the farm himself. The chicken marketing process uses a marketing mix, namely product, price and promotion. However, the farm does not promote only good relations with the partnership company. The process of receiving payments is done with their own capital, income during the pandemic increases due to the need for chicken meat, financial records are still done manually.
