Abstract

The background of this research is the implementation of online learning to support the smooth implementation of online learning, schools need to have clear learning plans and must communicate the learning plans to the guardians of students considering that the guardians of students have a role as a substitute for teachers in conveying and directing students during the online learning process. This study has a clear learning plan and continues to build intensive communication with parents, schools are also required to be able to process and provide material that is easy for students to understand and implement. The use of appropriate online learning media is also a must, considering that teachers are required not only to give assignments, but also to be able to build interactions with students, both between teachers and students and students with other students. The results of intensive communication research between teachers and guardians of students are vital considering that apart from being a substitute teacher during online learning, guardians are also the main source of teachers in supervising student growth and development during the online learning process.
