Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of the management of state confiscated goods by the General Meeting of Shareholders for the crime of theft of motor vehicles at the Purbasan Purbalingga and also aims to determine the obstacles that arise in the management of state confiscated goods by the General Meeting of Shareholders for the crime of motor vehicle theft at the Purbasan Purbalingga. and efforts to solve them. This research is a type of research that is descriptive in nature and uses an empirical juridical research approach. The research location is in Rupbasan Purbalingga. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data and analyze the data with qualitative analysis methods in the form of sentence descriptions that are easily understood by readers.
