Abstract
One that can be utilized from the high intensity of sunlight in Indonesia is to maximize the conversion of sunlight into electrical energy called solar panels. The power generated by solar panels is usually only measured using a multimeter manually. In addition to manual measurements, monitoring is also done manually by looking directly at places that cannot be done remotely. Therefore, the need for a power monitoring system produced by solar panels that is able to measure and monitor in real time from afar does not need to come to the place. For this purpose, 1 Wemos D1 Mini microcontroller and 1 PZEM017 sensor are needed to be used in the system being developed. The system is paired after the solar panel before entering the SCC (Solar Charger Controller) in a panel box. There are several results obtained from testing, including this system can measure the power generated by the panel in real time. The measured data can be monitored via a smartphone and can be sent to the registered e-mail. Then there is a voltage error of 0.76%, a current error of 0.58%, and a power error of 1.26%.
