Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of advertising attractiveness on repurchase and service quality on repurchase. The population used in this study is the Sukoharjo community who use the XL Axiata Internet Provider while the sample is 200 respondents with purposive sampling technique, namely the Sukoharjo community who have used the XL Axiata internet provider for 6 months and are 17 years and older. Based on the results of the research, the advertising attractiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. The service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions.
