Abstract

This study was conducted to describe how traders determine the business of market snacks or tenongan as supporting needs during the covid-19 pandemic and the factors that consumers consider in consuming market snacks or tenongan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects. The research design used is a case study by examining a problem. In this study describe and explain what is contained in the research location related to the subject and object under study. The results of the research that have been carried out by researchers show that there are four businesses engaged in market snacks or tenongan in Sraten village, but the sources used in this study are only one trader and two consumers due to the unstable COVID-19 pandemic condition. Traders have the advantage of being involved in this business, namely only selling and buying food that is deposited by household producers. There are about 20 types of food from various processed with different flavors and shapes, starting from Rp. 1,000 – Rp. 3,000. In addition to making it easier for buyers to buy tenongan food, there are many types of tenongan food and affordable prices that can be consumed by many people. Starting from processed wet cakes to pastries.
