Abstract

An agreement is an event where one person promises to another person or where the two people promise each other to do something. Agreements have become part of social life, it cannot be denied that an agreement is also a legal act that is very often carried out by the community. Like a customer who wants to buy their main need, namely a house (a place to live) through a Home Ownership Credit (KPR). In this case a customer who wants to buy a house through a Home Ownership Credit (KPR) must have an agreement with PT. Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk, as the one providing financing or loans to a customer.In the ownership credit agreement, it aims to find out how the construction of the contents of the mortgage agreement between the customer and PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and the legal responsibilities of the parties in the mortgage agreement between the customer and PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.The approach method used is the normative juridical method. This type of research is descriptive research.The data collection method is in the form of a literature study where the library data obtained through library research is sourced from the home loan agreement between the customer and PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
