Abstract

Communication is something that cannot be separated from everyday life, with communication promotional activities can be carried out by companies or individuals who have goods and services to be promoted through print media, one of which is banners to attract the attention of consumers. To get a banner that suits our initial needs, we carry out a banner sale and purchase activity that is carried out indent. Indent sale and purchase of banners is a sale and purchase that begins with an advance payment as a sign of a purchase and then full payment of the total price after the banner is finished and has reached the consumer. This study aims to determine the process of buying and selling banners by indenting, regulations and rights and obligations in the sale and purchase agreement of banners by indenting and knowing legal responsibility in the event of a default or unlawful act in the sale and purchase agreement of banners by indenting at CV.Kencana Print. The research method uses a normative approach that examines the legal principles and rules related to buying and selling banners indent so that the legality of the implementation process and the responsibility for buying and selling banners can be known.
